Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Residential Energy Auditor to join our field team serving the Lakewood, NJ area. You will act as the on-site program and company representative, installing energy-efficient equipment and conducting audits across a defined territory with a company vehicle provided.

The role requires 0-1 year of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a preference for BPI Certification (within 3-6 months).

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of relevant industry experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• BPI Certification preferred, ability to obtain certification within 3-6 months.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential energy audits.
• Record inspection results, customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and issues in accordance with client specifications.
• Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; encourage participation in the program.
• Install energy savings measures including light bulbs, shower heads, power strips, night lights, faucet aerators and more.
• Travel throughout a defined territory with a company provided vehicle.
• Maintain organization of company vehicles, inventory, and paperwork.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work in or inspect attics, basements, crawlspaces, and interiors/exteriors of structures.
