Directions for Living seeks a Counselor- TW 3.0 to deliver clinical interventions for children and families in the TW 3.0 program under Families First. The role requires collaboration with an IDT and development of individualized treatment plans with input from family and supports.

Formación

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field required.
• License in the healing arts preferred.
• CAP certification preferred; Wraparound for Clinicians Training within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Provide counseling to children and families in TW 3.0 program.
• Develop individualized, strength-based treatment plans with the IDT.
• Report progress and barriers at IDT meetings and coordinate care.
• Deliver trauma-informed clinical interventions in community settings.
