Eocene Environmental Group, Inc. is seeking a Consulting Utility Forester to manage vegetation along power lines and facilities in outdoor environments. The role involves direct collaboration with utility clients, property owners, and contractors to ensure safe and sustainable vegetation practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in forestry or related field (required).
• ISA Certified Arborist is required; TRAQ is preferred.
• Pre-inspection experience is required; GIS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual vegetation inspections along 21kV, service drops, and utility lines.
• Conduct annual transmission vegetation and audit inspections.
• Inspect vegetation around power plants and Calpine infrastructure.
• Assign vegetation work and audit contractor performance.
• Prepare annual inspection and audit reports.
• Travel to job sites as needed.
