Granite Peak Home Health is seeking a driven Community Relations Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our home healthcare services. You will drive growth, build relationships with patients, families, physicians, and referral sources, and promote patient-centered care across Montana.

The role emphasizes travel (approximately 75%), collaboration with clinical teams, and the creation of compelling marketing materials to increase brand awareness and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in home healthcare or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, content creation, and social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and campaign results to make informed decisions.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A passion for healthcare and helping others in the community.
• Proficiency in marketing software, CRM tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
• Willingness to travel throughout the state of Montana (approximately 75% travel time).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive growth.
• Collaborate with executives and clinical teams to target markets.
• Create brochures, digital content, email campaigns, social media posts, and advertisements.
• Manage Granite Peak Home Health’s digital presence, including the website and online reviews.
• Build relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare professionals to generate referrals.
• Set up meetings with doctors, clinics, and discharge planners to promote services.
• Nurture accounts with regular drop-ins to maintain relationships.
• Travel statewide to build brand awareness and attend provider meetings.
• Drive business growth by fielding relationships at community events for referrals and applicants.
• Distribute information materials and participate in promotional activities related to AccentCare’s non-medical homecare line.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and optimize ROI.
• Organize and participate in community outreach events and health fairs.
• Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Manage the marketing budget and report performance to senior management.
