Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in healthcare marketing, preferably home health or related.
• Strong digital marketing, SEO, contentCreation, and social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, persuasive content creation.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and campaign results to inform decisions.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Passion for healthcare and helping the community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive growth and awareness of Granite Peak Home Health services.
• Collaborate with executive and clinical teams to understand target markets and campaigns.
• Create marketing materials including brochures, digital content, emails, social posts, ads.
• Manage online presence across website, social platforms, and online reviews.
• Build relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing homes to generate referrals.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI based on data insights.
