Job summary

Calvert Masonry Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead high-profile masonry, concrete, and restoration projects in the Northern Virginia area. You will supervise field crews, coordinate with the Project Manager, and ensure on-site safety and quality on time.

Strong reading of architectural drawings and 3–5 years in a supervisory role are required. A valid driver's license is necessary, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Commercial masonry and concrete field experience with supervisory role.
• Reading and interpreting complex architectural drawings and specs.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate masonry, concrete and restoration work across multiple projects.
• Ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence on site with Project Foreman and PM.
• Review values, progress billings and cash-flow friendly schedules.
• Coordinate with GC and other trades for proper interface with masonry work.
• Maintain coordination with Safety Director to enforce safety policies.
