The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in commercial building maintenance with multi-trade skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting) and a valid driver’s license. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of commercial building or general facility maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
• Valid driver's license in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and general maintenance on commercial buildings and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues and complete work orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, service notes, and inspections.
