Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead to educate trial sites on inclusion/exclusion criteria and to increase patient enrollment. You will work with CRAs and field-based teams to develop tailored recruitment plans and referral networks with physicians and support groups.

This is a full-time, field-based role with up to 75% travel. A Bachelor's in Health Sciences or related field (or RN license with related qualifications) and clinical research experience are required.

Qualifications

• Clinical Research experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to establish rapport with a wide range of people.
• Customer service skills and strong presentation abilities are essential.
• Excellent oral and written communication in local language.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and education on clinical trial inclusion and exclusion criteria to trial coordinators and healthcare providers.
• Deliver in-service presentations to increase patient enrollment and engagement.
• Develop referral networks with referring physicians and support groups to support sites.
• Coordinate activities across multiple functions with CRAs and field teams; travel up to 75% nationwide.
