United Way of Greenville County is seeking proactive and compassionate outreach workers to support individuals experiencing unsheltered homelessness in Greenville. The role includes crisis de-escalation, healthcare navigation, and collaboration with community partners to improve access to services.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field and have experience with homeless populations. Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to work in various environments are essential. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.

Formación

• Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness or serious mental illness.
• Knowledge of local social service networks and housing systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with crisis de-escalation in the field using trauma-informed care.
