Job summary

Enki Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Worker/Case Manager to support community clients by developing treatment plans aimed at recovery and stability. The role focuses on coordinating services, documenting progress, and assisting with access to housing, healthcare and education resources within a field-based program in LA County.

Requirements include a 2-year degree or higher, valid CA driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus two years in a mental health setting or
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or sociology.
• Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client compliance with treatment as prescribed by the team.
• Develop individualized case management treatment plans with the client.
• Coordinate with local agencies to provide services.
• Maintain client records and documentation in EMR.
• Assist with arranging medical care, shelter, food, or education services.
• Facilitate support groups for clients and families.
• Attend case disposition meetings with the treatment team.
