Rise Financial Group is seeking a Field Sales Professional for a B2B supplemental insurance sales role in Arizona. You will prospect, build relationships with businesses, and drive rapid deal closures while earning uncapped commissions and incentives. The position emphasizes integrity, personal growth, and a team-oriented environment with ongoing training.

Location: Mesa, AZ. Schedule: Monday–Friday with a flexible, autonomous work setup after ramp.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life, or willing and able to obtain your state Health & Life producer license (Training and reimbursement offered)
• At least 5 years of post-high school work experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with professional experience outside of formal education (e.g., internships)
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills; ability to close deals in a short cycle
• Willingness to work in a B2B environment and travel if required

• Prospect and build relationships with businesses to uncover needs and present tailored supplemental insurance solutions
• Drive sales by meeting or exceeding targets with a focus on rapid deal closure
