Job summary

Lutheran Church of Hope is seeking a Production Integration Foreman to lead field installation of production systems across its campuses. You will coordinate crews, oversee project execution, and ensure audio, video, lighting, and IT infrastructure are installed safely and to Hope’s standards.

The role requires organization, mechanical inclination, and the ability to thrive in construction and technical installation environments. Travel between campuses is expected.

Qualifications

• Lead installation crews and projects across Hope campuses.
• Read construction drawings and system documentation.
• Knowledge of low-voltage codes and installation standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Travel between campuses with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation projects across Hope campuses.
• Organize and supervise installation crews while maintaining schedules and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, electricians, IT staff, and other trades.
• Resolve field issues and adapt plans as site conditions change.
• Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders.
• Install low-voltage infrastructure for AVL and IT systems.
• Document installations, including labeling and as-built records.
