Job summary

AeroCore Technologies LLC is seeking an Aviation Engine Wash Technician to support jet engine maintenance at PHX. This field-based, night-shift role runs our mobile wash system to keep engines clean and ready, with travel to job sites as needed.

You will join a hands-on team, handle runoff disposal, data recording, and equipment checks while maintaining safety and professionalism. No A&P license required for entry-level candidates with prior mechanical or military experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of military or commercial experience in mechanical industry (aviation experience preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to pass and maintain a clear background and frequent/random drug tests.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Proven excellence following safety precautions around large equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain AeroCore equipment and vehicles for operations, inspecting and servicing equipment as needed.
• Perform compressor and turbine washes and support activities at commercial airports.
• Drive and tow large vehicles and trailers on and off the airport ramp as required.
• Collect runoff and dispose of waste stream according to safety regulations.
• Coordinate aircraft availability and communicate with customers and teammates.
• Maintain a professional attitude, appearance, and service delivery at all times.

Role Summary:

As an Aviation Engine Wash Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and restoring jet engine performance using our proprietary Nucleated Foam Technology. You'll work alongside commercial and military maintenance teams to complete engine wash operations during shifts, operating our mobile compressor-based system as scheduled. Day to day, that means running the wash itself, collecting and disposing of runoff, and handling sampling and data recording as needed.

This is a physically active, field-based role where no two days look the same. You'll work outdoors, travel to job sites, operate specialized equipment, and be trusted to execute with precision and professionalism. It's an entry-level aviation maintenance position - no certification or A&P license required.

Role Specifics:

Shift Schedule: Night Shift

Hours: 9pm to 4am

Location: Commercial Airport - PHX

Job Type: Full Time, Salary Position

Travel Required: 30% (as needed)

• Business conducted at commercial airport
• Perform compressor and turbine washes and support activities
• Operate and maintain AeroCore equipment and vehicles for operations (inspecting & servicing equipment, etc.)
• Drive and tow large vehicles and trailers on and off the airport ramp (flight line)
• Operating equipment safely and identifying anomalies
• Collecting waste and properly disposing of the waste stream
• Coordinating schedules for aircraft availability
• Proactively and effectively communicating with customers and internally with other teammates and leadership
• Perform preventative and repair maintenance on mechanical equipment
• Maintaining an extremely professional attitude, communication style, appearance and overall service delivery

Role Requirements:

• 4+ years of military or commercial experience in mechanical industry (aviation experience preferred)
