Lendbuzz is seeking a Dealership Account Manager in Philadelphia, PA to drive growth with dealer partners. This field-based role requires daily on-site visits, owning your territory, and delivering exceptional results in auto finance.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in account management or sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to handle a six-day work week. A bachelor’s degree and CRM proficiency are preferred; bilingual Spanish/Portuguese a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in account management, sales, or business development, ideally in automotive lending or finance.
• Proven track record of professional growth with at least 2 years in your most recent role.
• Hands-on auto finance dealership account management; experience in special finance is valued.
• Willingness to maintain a six-day work week with daily on-site dealer visits.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with relationship-building ability.
• Analytical mindset to spot market opportunities and adapt strategies.
