Progressive is seeking an experienced auto damage claims adjuster to be the primary contact for customers, guiding repair decisions from start to finish. You will manage your own inspection and collaborate with body shops to negotiate pricing and determine liability.

The role covers field work within the Roseville, CA area with a company car, occasional office visits, and travel within your geographic territory. Strong customer service and dispute-resolution skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Four years of relevant work experience with one year appraisal/estimatics or insurance experience (minimum).
• Associate's degree with three years' experience in appraisal/estimatics or insurance (OR).
• Bachelor's degree with one year appraisal/estimatics or insurance experience (OR).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and compliance with driving standards.
