CW Resources, Inc. seeks an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support daily commercial landscaping operations on site. You will assist Project Managers and Crew Leaders, ensuring safe, efficient project delivery and high-quality standards while engaging with crews in the field.

The role emphasizes hands-on field work, learning the full project lifecycle, and maintaining strong teamwork on active job sites in Columbia, SC. A background in landscaping and OSHA safety awareness are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certificate.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial landscaping, grounds management, or landscape construction.
• 1+ years of landscaping crew lead experience.
• Basic understanding of horticulture, turf care, irrigation systems, and landscape construction techniques.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and landscape‑specific safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Crew Leaders in daily operations and scheduling.
• Support field crews by reinforcing instructions, training new team members, and promoting safe work habits.
• Document daily progress, track materials, and assist with site inspections for quality and contract compliance.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot landscaping equipment to ensure safe use.
• Assist with urgent site needs and safety hazard responses to protect client property.
