Job summary

Parkhill in Texas is seeking a Field Assistant to support the Construction Management team on an as-needed basis. You will assist with access control at the project site entrance, badge scanning, and maintaining guest and visitor logs in line with Parkhill standards.

This part-time, non-exempt role is paid hourly with bi-weekly payroll. Requirements include a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license; familiarity with reading drawings and schedules helps.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in reading construction drawings and schedules; working knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and regulations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Providing Access control at a large construction site, and interacting with all visitors, delivery drivers, and onsite personnel.
  • Scan in and Scan Outs of badged personnel throughout course of day maintaining professional demeanor.
  • Maintain accurate delivery and visitor logs daily following Parkhill's QA/QC standards.
  • Accurately communicate progress, field conditions, and issues to supervisors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
