Qualifications

• 2+ years of field experience in construction/restoration projects.
• BA in Architecture or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to produce construction documents.
• Experience managing multiple projects (4–7) is a plus.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers on medium-to-large-scale architectural projects.
• Conduct on-site building inspections and document findings.
• Participate in all project phases from investigation to construction administration.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings and field reports in AutoCAD.
• Maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Monitor construction activity for adherence to plans and escalate issues.
