Qualifications

• BS in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of field-based environmental work or strong interest in fieldwork.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to document and interpret technical data.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced consulting environment while meeting deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Safety-focused and able to follow health and safety protocols.
• Driver's License required and able to travel regionally up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field activities including soil, sediment, groundwater, and surface water sampling.
• Oversee drilling operations, soil borings, monitoring well installation, development, purging, and sampling.
• Perform aquifer testing, soil logging, and construction oversight.
• Coordinate subcontractors for drilling, surveying, and laboratory services.
• Support environmental remediation projects, including system operations and maintenance.
• Compile, evaluate, and interpret environmental media data.
• Assist with regulatory reporting, including data review, figures, and technical exhibits.
• Perform Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments for property transactions.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, regulators, tenants, and clients during field activities.
• Travel regionally up to 50% as project needs require.
