Vision Government Solutions, Inc. seeks Richmond-based Field Appraisers to join our reassessment team. You will inspect, verify, and record the physical description of real estate properties while traveling across the Richmond area for local governments.

This full-time role offers long-term career growth, on-the-road work, and benefits including health insurance, retirement plan with employer match, paid time off, and holidays. A valid driver's license is required and outdoor work is expected.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to travel to properties.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel during inspections.
• Climb stairs and carry 5-10 lbs.
• Outdoor work in all seasons/weather.
• Effective verbal communication with the public.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Real estate appraisal experience is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED.
• Census, mail carrier or delivery experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately verify, gather, and record the physical description of real estate properties.
• Submit regular reports to track progress against assigned work.
• Serve as public-facing representative of the reassessment, always maintaining professional communication and appearance.
