Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Proxy Agent to connect with homeowners in Central Illinois, predominantly outdoors. You will introduce our products, answer basic questions, and schedule in-home consultations for the sales team.

No prior sales experience is required, with paid training and a performance-based bonus structure. This full-time, territory-based role emphasizes customer-facing interactions and brand representation.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and dependable; able to engage homeowners in conversations.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Must be able to work independently and manage time.
• Physically capable of walking/standing for long periods and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background check clearance required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities
