Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a skilled Custom Applicator to apply products safely and accurately across labeled crops and sites.

The role involves operating and maintaining equipment, building customer relationships, and providing feedback on field conditions to the location manager. You will work with dry fertilizer and lime, ensure correct product rates, perform loading/unloading, and comply with all safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Apply dry fertilizer products and lime safely and efficiently.
• Use application equipment to apply right products at correct rates to fields and customers.
• Assist in mixing, loading, unloading, and transporting crop protection and fertilizer products.
• Follow all laws, regulations, and safety rules (including PPE).
• Obtain and maintain state commercial applicator certification; maintain Ag CDL if required.
• Inspect equipment daily before field applications and after use.
• Keep applicator and equipment logs up to date; perform calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Adhere to environmental health and safety, OSHA, and DOT policies.
