Job summary

Roche is seeking a Field Applications Specialist to join the North Florida Customer Support team. You will serve as the primary scientific/technical representative for Roche systems in client labs, delivering on-site installation, training, and troubleshooting across the product lifecycle.

Ideal candidates hold a biology/chemistry-related bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in a clinical lab environment, and may have ASCP/AMT certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory or IT role within a clinical lab environment.
• ASCP/AMT or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customer stakeholders and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Install, validate, and maintain diagnostic instruments and software in customer laboratories.
• Deliver on-site training to laboratory personnel on Roche systems and assays.
• Provide on-site technical issue resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Travel up to 70% within North Florida, living within the region.
