Job summary

Texas Instruments invites candidates to join the Field Applications Engineer track as part of the Career Accelerator Program (CAP). You will rotate through Field Sales, Mass Market, and BU/SEM to gain hands-on experience in technical sales and systems engineering.

Program aims to develop TI experts who can solve customer design challenges and contribute to revenue through technical and business insights. A bachelor’s degree in EE and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; GPA 3.0/4.0+ preferred.
• Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, soldering and debugging.
• Programming skills in C/C++ (LabVIEW recommended).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify projects and develop system-level proposals with customers.
• Influence part selection and TI positioning with broad technical expertise.
• Collaborate with design engineers and field teams to deliver solutions.
