Job summary

Texas Instruments is offering the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) through the FAST Program to train and accelerate new graduates into Field Applications Engineer roles. This 12-month track includes Rotation 1: Field Sales Office, Rotation 2: Mass Market, Rotation 3: BU/SEM, with hands-on learning and customer-facing experience from day one.

Upon completion, participants join TI's Worldwide Sales & Applications team as FAEs. Visa/work authorization is not provided for this position.

Responsibilities

• FAE responsibilities include: using various sales tools and relationships with design engineering to identify all potential projects.
• Providing customers with proactive proposals for complete, system-level solutions that maximize TI content.
• Using broad technical expertise to influence customers' part selection process while favorably positioning TI versus competition.
