Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Aviation Technology, or related field.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable operating drones and performing field work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical point of contact for customers during onboarding, deployment, and ongoing operations.
• Travel to customer sites to perform system setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Deliver operator and maintainer training, including classroom instruction and live flight demonstrations.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues; coordinate with engineering teams to resolve escalations.
• Support field evaluations, pilot programs, and acceptance testing for new or existing customers.
• Communicate customer feedback, feature requests, and defect reports to product and engineering teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and troubleshooting guides.
• Assist with system integration efforts including radios, ground stations, payloads, and third‑party software.
• Represent Teal with professionalism in high‑visibility customer and partner interactions.
