Job summary

Texas Instruments offers a 12-month FAST Program to accelerate engineers into Field Applications roles, pairing technical training with business insight.

Participants rotate through Field Sales Office, Mass Market, and BU/SEM tracks to gain hands-on design, customer interaction, and systems-level experience. The program culminates with placement as FAEs on TI's Worldwide Sales & Applications team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming and lab equipment experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• FAE responsibilities include working with design engineers to identify projects and proposing system-level TI solutions.
• Use technical expertise to influence customers' part selection and TI content positioning.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing to support customer design activities.
