Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar technical role.
• Experience with electronics manufacturing equipment.
• Strong hands-on attitude and problem solving skills.
• Willing to travel internationally ~70%.
• Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Windows OS and networking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support during evaluations requiring technical knowledge.
• Participate in pre-sales discussions as a technical expert.
• Set up and program AXI systems at customer sites.
• Train customers to maximize machine utilisation.
• Produce application reports detailing equipment capabilities.
• Collaborate on technical publications and notes with the applications team.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues with AXI equipment.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to demonstrate equipment.
