Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. offers a twelve-to-twenty-four-month rotational program for Associate Engineer, Field Applications, supporting ADI’s automotive technologies. You will gain real-world experience across camera, display, radar, and embedded processing platforms.

Participants will learn through a progressive curriculum with mentorship before joining the worldwide sales team, building customer engagement skills and business acumen in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• BSEE or equivalent is required.
• Basic understanding of electronic schematics, layout, and components is expected.
• Foundation of software fundamentals required.
• Experience debugging hardware and software with basic lab equipment.
• Knowledge of embedded systems and communication protocols is required.
• Relocation to southeastern Michigan after the rotation is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating and designing automotive connectivity systems (camera, display, radar, embedded processing).
• Understand and communicate customer technical requirements and market trends in automotive tech.
• Train colleagues and customers on ADI technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to internal product development strategy and product definitions.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer engineering and management teams.
• Cultivate relationships across ADI's engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
