Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI) invites motivated engineers to join its 18‑month Graduate Rotational Development Program in field applications. You will rotate through four groups, gaining hands‑on experience in analog/digital design, customer hardware evaluation, and technical demonstrations.

You will also build customer relationships and collaborate with product, marketing and engineering teams, leading to a Field Applications Engineer role at a nearby ADI location upon program completion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Basic understanding of electronic schematics, PCB layouts, and electronic components.
  • Knowledge of analog, mixed-signal, or digital circuit fundamentals (e.g., sensors, operational amplifiers, power management, data converters, processors).
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as required.
  • Willingness and flexibility to relocate to a field location upon completion of the development program.

Responsibilities

  • Complete an 18‑month Graduate Rotational Development Program with four rotations.
  • Develop skills including analog and mixed‑signal circuit design, and evaluation/ optimization of customer hardware and software systems.
  • Educate customers on ADI products and system solutions through technical presentations and demonstrations.
  • Build relationships with customers and ADI's product line management, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Upon completion, join the Field Applications Engineer track to support one of several field locations.
