Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on histology or histotechnology experience.

• Demonstrated success in presenting and communicating complex scientific or technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Comfortable in customer-facing roles with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Collaborate closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer success, from first contact through implementation.
• Gather and communicate user feedback to the product and engineering teams, helping to shape future product enhancements and innovation roadmaps.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings, serving as a trusted technical advisor
