KEYENCE is hiring an Entry-Level Field Application Engineer to start January or July 2027. You will join a global leader in automation with regional offices across the U.S. The role blends hands-on technical work with customer-facing responsibilities in field environments.

You’ll receive world-class training, a competitive base salary, a $24k annual bonus target, and comprehensive benefits. Travel 60–100% within your region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or Associate’s) and 4+ years military experience.
• Willingness to travel 60-100%, including overnight.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex customer challenges with configurable products.
• Install and program products using hand tools or programming languages.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support, training, and troubleshooting.
• Travel extensively (60-100%) across your region to deliver hands-on solutions.
• Create detailed proposal reports to aid the sales team.
• Work in manufacturing floors, labs, and similar environments with occasional lifting.
