Job summary

Kinco Automation in the United States is seeking a Technical Support Engineer / Field Application Engineer. Open to fresh engineering graduates across Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, and Computer Science, with on‑the‑job training provided as the company grows in North America.

Location options include California or the U.S. East Coast, with responsibilities delivering application and troubleshooting support for servo drives, PLCs, HMIs, and motion control, collaborating with OEMs, system

Qualifications

Solid background in factory automation, motion control, PLC & servo systems.
Hands-on experience as an FAE, application engineer, technical sales, or controls engineer.
Excellent communication & practical troubleshooting skills.
Adaptable to a fast-growing, early-stage U.S. business.
Fluent written & verbal Mandarin is a plus.
Must hold valid U.S. work authorization. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

Deliver application & troubleshooting support for servo drives, motors, PLCs, HMIs & motion control systems
Collaborate with OEMs, system integrators, distributors & end customers
Serve as technical liaison between U.S. customers and global R&D team
Conduct partner training & technical enablement
