Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years in FAE, Applications Engineering, or Power Electronics Design.
• Strong knowledge of power semiconductors, SiC/GaN, power conversion, motor drives, and HV systems.
• Hands-on with lab gear: oscilloscopes, power analyzers, loads, thermal imaging, EMC equipment.
• Excellent customer-facing communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during product evaluation, design-in, system integration, validation, and production.
• Support power semiconductor solutions including SiC MOSFETs, IGBTs, Power MOSFETs, Power Modules, and Gate Drivers.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer workshops.
• Assist customers with power stage design, thermal management, efficiency optimization, EMI/EMC compliance, and system debugging.
• Act as the bridge between customers and internal engineering teams to ensure rapid issue resolution.
• Develop application notes, reference designs, technical documentation, and customer training materials.
• Support engagements across EV Powertrain, On-Board Chargers, DC-DC Converters, Motor Drives, Solar Inverters, Energy Storage Systems, and Data Center Power applications.
• Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to influence product roadmaps.
