Job summary

Tensor Revive LLC seeks a Field Application Engineer to join our team and provide hands-on technical support for AI servers and GPU hardware. You will troubleshoot motherboard issues, assist with board-level diagnostics, and support system install, testing and validation.

You will collaborate with engineering to resolve issues, train junior engineers, and document best practices while staying current with AI hardware technologies, traveling to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• 3+ years of experience in hardware repair, system engineering, field applications engineering, or a related technical role.
• Experience working with servers, motherboards, GPUs, or other computer hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for AI servers and GPU hardware.

Tensor Revive LLC specializes in AI server hardware, GPU systems, and board-level repair. We provide engineering support, repair services, and technical solutions for some of the industry's most advanced AI computing platforms.

We're looking for a motivated Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join our growing team. If you enjoy solving technical problems, working directly with customers and learning the latest AI hardware technologies, we'd love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide technical support for AI servers and GPU hardware.
• Troubleshoot motherboard and hardware-related issues for customers and internal teams.
• Assist with board-level diagnostics and repair when needed.
• Support system installation, testing and product validation.
• Work closely with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve products.
• Train and support junior engineers and technicians.
• Create technical documentation and share best practices.
• Stay up to date with new AI hardware technologies and products.
• Occasionally travel to customer sites for technical support.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORExperience

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• 3+ years of experience in hardware repair, system engineering, field applications engineering, or a related technical role.
• Experience working with servers, motherboards, GPUs, or other computer hardware.

Technical Skills

• Comfortable using common electronic diagnostic tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Basic understanding of electronic circuits and motherboard architecture.
• Experience using Linux for system testing or troubleshooting.
• Ability to read schematics or technical documentation is a plus.
• Experience with GPU servers, AI servers, or data center hardware is preferred but not required .
• Soldering or board-level repair experience is a plus.
