Job description

Ecorobotix Inc. creates innovative robotic solutions that reduce the negative ecological impact of modern agriculture. We have developed an AI-based ultra-high precision spot spraying technology that drastically reduces the amount of chemicals used in crop fields while keeping costs competitive. The technology is currently deployed on our tractor-towed ARA machine. By joining our talented and dynamic team, you will contribute to a more sustainable, environment-friendly agriculture in an innovative scale-up at the cutting edge of technology. We are a revolutionary organization with a great work environment that supports creativity through self-motivation.

Overall Purpose of the Role

As a Field Application Engineer, you will own the technical deployment and maturation of Ecorobotix's products across new crops and agricultural markets in the United States. Your mission is to ensure that every new market reaches commercial readiness through rigorous field validation, system optimization, and close collaboration with growers and engineering teams. Working directly with growers, you will conduct advanced field experiments, translate agricultural challenges into engineering improvements, and validate new technologies under real farming conditions. Rather than simply resolving customer issues, you will identify recurring technical limitations, drive product improvements, and accelerate the evolution of Ecorobotix's technology. As the technical bridge between customers and R&D, you will lead investigations into critical field issues, coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, and deliver permanent solutions that improve product reliability, scalability, and customer success.
