Job summary

DSJ Global is partnering with a global leader in power solutions to recruit an electrical engineering professional in Raleigh, NC. You will work closely with HQs and factories, performing install procedures and tests, and collaborating with customers to ensure deliverables are met.

Responsibilities include building relationships with OEM/ODM customers, maintaining technical knowledge, and coordinating with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure accurate information on application usage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• 3+ years' professional experience in field setting.
• Quick learner with strong adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key OEM/ODM customers to engage early design.
• Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge.
• Collaborate with sales, engineers, and product managers for accurate information of application usage, system operations, and product management.
• Identify risks and raise issues to stakeholders.
• Work closely with factories and HQ's to monitor project status.
• Travel up to 20% with overnight stays.

This position will be responsible for working closely with HQ's and factories, performing desired install procedures and tests, and ability to work with customers to make sure deliverables are met.
