Sears Home Services is seeking an Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician in New Mexico. This role involves traveling to customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves, delivering outstanding service and value-added solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification required.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude; able to use testing and repair tools.
• Experience with diagnosing and repairing home appliances preferred.
• Able to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Able to use a smartphone for part ordering and communication.
• Willing to pass background and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license for the work area.
• Ability to travel up to 100% to multiple customer sites.
• Flexible hours including overtime as needed.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances at customers’ homes.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and solutions.
• Keep company vehicle maintained and organized; manage parts efficiently.
• Provide value‑added solutions for home comfort and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
