Company Overview: Options Exteriors , a well-established Roof restoration company specializing in roofing and exterior carpentry, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field and Service Technician to join our dynamic team. Based in Des Moines, Iowa, our company values expertise, dedication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional services to our clients.

Position Overview: As a Field and Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in our roofing and carpentry projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in roofing installation, possess strong carpentry skills, and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with our Production Manager and Roofing teams.

Qualifications:

• Previous roofing installation experience with comprehensive knowledge of various roofing systems.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work comfortably at varying roof pitches and heights.
• Dependability, punctuality, and strong time management skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude and a positive, professional demeanor when interacting with homeowners.
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and a team player.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Clean driving record and a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct roofing repairs, fascia/soffit repairs, and leak mitigation.
• Execute window repairs and demonstrate proficiency in carpentry skills.
• Inspect and identify issues for proper repair.
• Review scope of work for materials needed and ensure accurate documentation.
• Complete daily paperwork and work orders promptly.
