Job summary

Gallatin is building AI-first defense logistics software and deploying Navigator across strategic public sector accounts. As a Mission Operations Engineer, you will own the technical relationship with customers, integrating Navigator into their systems and ensuring smooth, scalable deployments with front-line operators and leadership.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Strong engineering background in CS, Math, or related field.
• Excellent communication for executives and engineers.
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement end-to-end data integrations between customers’ logistics systems and Navigator.
• Advise on API design and data schemas for defense logistics data.
• Develop playbooks, tooling, and documentation for rapid onboarding and scaling.
• Debug issues in delivery and own escalations with Product & Engineering teams.
• Serve as the technical owner of the customer experience throughout engagement.
