Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience shipping products at a startup or high-velocity company.
• Customer-obsessed, wanting to be in the field.
• Continuous learner comfortable operating in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Spend two weeks per month onsite with customers applying AI.
• Own customer interactions and ensure customer delight.
• Partner with customers to design and deliver solutions.

Skills

Fluent in Python

Fluent in SQL

Experience with REST APIs

TypeScript, React, Node.js knowledge

Experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain
