Qualifications

• B.S. in CS/SE/EE or related field.
• Proficiency in C# and Python.
• Experience with AI/ML models for classification, detection, or segmentation.
• Ability to work with real-world data and production conditions.
• Strong troubleshooting and time‑pressure problem solving.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site in Auburn Hills.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and support deployed AI vision systems across the US automotive plants.
• Provide on-site technical support during commissioning and production runs.
• Diagnose issues in deployed models, cameras, PLC/robot integrations.
• Fine-tune and validate models for changing plant conditions.
• Maintain and extend Python and C# codebases for inference pipelines and plant integrations.
• Document fixes and root causes to improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with Auburn Hills team to prepare deployments and support tooling.
• Build strong working relationships with plant personnel for smooth on-site support.
