Qualifications

• 1–3+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with technical demonstrations and PoC deployments.
• Experience with enterprise technical diligence.
• Ability to write code in at least one scripting or application language.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to understand customer environments and goals.
• Architect solutions on Relay’s platform for manufacturing.
• Deliver technical demonstrations to stakeholders.
• Manage and implement Proof-of-Concept deployments.
• Act as the technical lead for strategic customers.
• Document solution architectures and lead knowledge transfer.
