Job summary

CHS Inc. is hiring an Agronomy Operations Specialist in Holdrege, NE. You will carry out general labor tasks, prepare trucks/railcars, load/unload agricultural inputs, and deliver products to customer sites while following safety and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in operations and may hold a CDL/Hazmat endorsement. The role requires lifting, driving equipment, and ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations or business operations.
• Ability to operate loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
• CDL license or Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Agriculture experience preferred.
• Pre-employment screenings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of commodities handled and comply with regulations.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading and sample as needed.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs using appropriate equipment.
• Deliver products to customer sites and maintain safe, clean work areas.
