Job summary

BRANDT Agronomic Services invites applications for the Retail Agronomic Services Summer Intern position in Illinois. The role supports field operations, plant processes, and customer-facing activities across multiple locations with daily field tasks and occasional office work.

You will shadow 다양한 activities in Discovery & Innovation, Dealer Support and Specialty Formulations as part of a broad exposure to agronomic services, reporting to the Plant Manager.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year degree in agronomy or related field.
• Intermediate computer and software skills required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; CDL a plus but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Place signs around the BRANDT trade area in plots or road frontage.
• Deliver products to customers and other Brandt locations.
• Assist with seed treatment at BRANDT facilities if needed.
• Perform duties at location mix plant/warehouse as needed.
• Document field issues in crop monitoring tools to share with customers.
• Assist with seed returns if needed.
• Report on field observations to BRANDT marketing for social media content.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
