Job summary

Bayer AG is seeking a Field Agronomist II to lead field studies and provide data-driven agronomic support across product registration and technical sales. You will coordinate trials, analyze data, and collaborate with agronomic teams to shape product positioning.

You will communicate findings to growers and internal teams, travel up to 20% of the time, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards while advancing Bayer Crop Science initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Knowledge of key and secondary crops and pests; CP products in the assigned geography.
• Ability to obtain pesticide applicator certification in the state(s) within the territory.
• Valid driver’s license with MVR in line with DOT/FMCSA criteria.
• Travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and coordinate field studies; design trials per protocol; collect, analyze, and interpret data.
• Provide data on product efficacy and make recommendations.
• Collaborate with ASM's and TPLs to develop National/Regional Protocols.
• Present to grower/distributor groups and support technical sales.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety in field testing.
