WyoTech in Evansville, IN seeks a Field Admissions Representative to build awareness of programs across Southern Indiana and manage a territory. You will deliver engaging presentations at high schools and events, mentor top students, and guide families through admissions while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your territory, building awareness and interest in WyoTech programs

• Cultivate relationships with high school instructors and counselors; CTE programs; industry partners and trade organizations
• Identify and mentor top students, helping them explore and pursue careers in the trades
• Guide students and families through the admissions and enrollment process

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage your territory, building awareness and interest in WyoTech programs
• Deliver engaging, high-impact presentations at high schools, events, and industry gatherings
• Cultivate relationships with:
  • High school instructors and counselors
  • Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs
  • Industry partners and trade organizations
• Identify and mentor top students, helping them explore and pursue careers in the trades
• Guide students and families through the admissions and enrollment process
• Represent WyoTech at career fairs, trade shows, and community events
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience
• Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management using CRM tools
