Job summary

AWP Safety, Boise, ID, is seeking a Field Admin to support the Operations team with daily reporting, payroll processing, billing, and document control. The role requires strong MS Office skills, Excel, scheduling software, and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The candidate will assist with creating schedules, maintaining certifications, processing payroll, and managing vendor purchases and PPE orders. Excellent communication and independent work habits are essential.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of office administration experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience with scheduling software.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient with document management, reporting, review, and editing.
  • Ability to read and interpret written information clearly and accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with teamwork.
  • Experience with traffic control and safety devices preferred.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily reporting for the Operations team
  • Track attendance and add appropriate documentation to employee file in personnel system
  • Assist facility leadership in schedule creation and distributing daily workflow to the team members
  • Validate job workflow on a daily basis
  • Ensure team member certifications are accurate and up to date in system to maintain compliance
  • Enter and submit daily payroll
  • Invoice assigned customers timely and accurately
  • Address billing questions and discrepancies timely
  • Verify invoice procedures and validate customer contracts
  • Monitor and communicate vehicle inspection, periodic maintenance, and maintenance needs to facility leadership
  • Maintain equipment/asset information in system
  • Create purchase orders for rentals and vendor purchases
  • Order PPE and other basic facility needs
  • Attend scheduled calls and meetings (digital and in person)
  • Monitor safety reporting submissions
  • Auditing tickets for accuracy
  • Other duties as assigned

The salary range for this position is $47,000- $53,000per year. The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
