Job summary

Ccms- is seeking a 1099 Residential or Commercial Field Adjuster to join our claims team. This role involves performing field property inspections, analyzing damages, and preparing loss documentation for clients in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of first-party residential or commercial adjusting experience, be proficient with Xactimate (Cotality a plus), and demonstrate strong time management and superior customer service skills. Remote work not specified.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year first-party commercial and/or residential property adjusting experience.
• Must maintain own current estimating software (Xactimate preferred, Cotality a plus).
• Working computer with internet access and Microsoft Word.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Experience preparing Statement of Loss, Proof of Loss, and denial letters.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial field property inspections using Xactimate.
• Investigate claims by obtaining statements and interviewing officials and witnesses.
• Recommend claim reserves based on investigation with a supported reserve report.
• Obtain and interpret official reports.
• Review coverage forms and endorsements and document coverage issues for clients.
• Adhere to established best practices to maintain product quality.
