Qualifications

• Must possess a Florida 6-20 Insurance License.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication with desk examiners, insureds and attorneys.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple claims.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with desk examiners, insureds, attorneys and other experts to gather information on claims
• Negotiate settlements with the insured and/or their representatives
• Prepare reports based on policy language and submit payment recommendations
• Prepare detailed estimates of the damage
• Manage workload and submit closing documents promptly
• Regular and reliable attendance
